We charge $7.95 flat rate postage.
NT, WA, QLD
We charge $10 flat rate postage which ensures our bars arrive in the best condition when shipped to hotter or more regional areas - since as most beauty products ours a sensitive to heat.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
We process orders within 2 business days, so depending on where you live in Australia you should generally receive your order within 5-7 business days after ordering.
Are your products made with natural ingredients?
Yep and we’re proud of it!
Our products are free of synthetic ingredients like parabens, petrochemicals, sulfates, dyes, phthalates and triclosan.
We do use a preservative, one that is certified by ECOCERT for use in natural and organic skincare, to make sure our products are safe for use which we think is a fair compromise to keep coffee grounds out of landfill.
Are your products cruelty-free?
You bet! Never, ever, will we test our products on animals and nor do we use ingredients that have been tested on animals

Our products are always 100% vegan - we never use animal-derived ingredients in our formulations
Are Raise The Bar products manufactured in Australia?
We sure are! All our products are manufactured in small batches by hand in New South Wales.
Can coffee cause a problem when it goes down the drain?
First of all! Don’t worry about blockages! The amount of coffee that will go down the drain in a single scrub use is very little so there’s no real risk.
When coffee scrubs and other beauty products are washed down the drain after use in the shower or bath they enter into the wastewater network. In Australia, the process, once wastewater arrives at a treatment plant, is firstly to remove impurities in a number of clarification stages before treated water is discharged to waterways. Since wastewater contains loads of nutrient-rich solids they are collected in the first phases of treatment so they can be re-used as biosolids to improve soil for agriculture and gardens. Coffee grounds would be picked up in these processes.
The ingredients in our products are able to be dealt with by conventional waste management processes, unlike plastic microbeads!
Why should I scrub?
Regularly exfoliating your skin once or twice a week helps to speed up the skin's regeneration process, removing dead skin cells and unclogging pores to refresh, smooth and polish skin. So to have the healthiest and smoothest skin possible, exfoliating is key.
Can I use it on my face?
Our body scrubs have been designed for the body, and not for the face.
How do I store my scrub bar to get the most out of it?
Keep it in a cool dark place if it hasn’t been opened yet. Once opened and after first use, keep it out of direct water (so not in the shower dish) and in a tin or container or soap dish is a good idea so the bar has the best chance to dry out before next use.
On really extremely hot days if the bar feels a little soft, just put the bar in the fridge overnight. And definitely don’t leave your scrub in the car at any time, especially on a hot day, as just like most things they don’t do well in cars and could melt.
How often should I use my scrub bar?
2-3 times per week is perfect.
Do I use this in the shower?
This product was made for the shower product (but if you are using in the bath, don’t let it remain submerged in the water
How many uses should I get out of 1 scrub bar?
You should get 5-7 scrubs out of 1 bar.
What is your returns policy?
Any item can be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When getting in touch about a return make sure to quote your order number and product details.
What is your refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
